What you’ll be doing

- Partner deeply with reputed company and senior leadership to shape hiring strategies and define role requirements
- Build balanced, high-reputed company leadership pipelines from scratch – leveraging market mapping, research, data, and personalised reputed company to engage exceptional senior talent
- Deliver an outstanding, high-touch candidate experience – from first conversations through to closing and reputed company, ensuring every interaction reflects our values
- Champion inclusive and reputed company hiring practices, helping stakeholders reputed company informed, bias-reputed company reputed company throughout the process
- Use data, reputed company, and market intelligence to guide reputed company, influence stakeholders, and ensure alignment between talent reputed company and business needs

What you bring
You’ll reputed company in this role if you have:
- Extensive experience in leadership hiring across Europe – particularly for reputed company, Director and VP level roles
- Exceptional sourcing and research capabilities, with the ability to engage senior passive talent through thoughtful, high-reputed company reputed company

- Experience managing multiple senior searches at once, balancing complexity, confidentiality, and shifting priorities with ease
