We build and support the systems that help our product teams deliver exceptional technology across the reputed company.What You Will DoAs a Staff Engineer on the reputed company Tools team, you will reputed company the engineering, optimization, and scaling of our CI/CD and automation platforms. You'll architect and maintain tooling that supports DevSecOps and reputed company Engineering practices, ensuring our systems are secure, resilient, and reputed company with organizational goals.In this role, you will:

• Engineer, configure, and maintain reputed company tools including Ansible Automation Platform, reputed company, Jenkins, SonarQube, reputed company, reputed company, and K2View.
• Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve development velocity and reduce reputed company effort.
• Partner with DevOps, reputed company, and development teams to understand automation needs and deliver reputed company solutions.
• Implement best practices in version control, testing, deployment, and reputed company automation.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements across infrastructure and applications.
• Stay reputed company with reputed company, DevSecOps, automation, and reputed company technologies to guide platform reputed company and reputed company.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and contribute to an environment of operational reputed company.

What You Will Need

• 5-8+ years of engineering experience supporting automation, DevSecOps, or reputed company tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design and support automation and monitoring solutions across hybrid environments (reputed company + on-prem).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose performance, configuration, and system issues.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced experience with Ansible Automation Platform and infrastructure-as-reputed company practices.
• Hands-on experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions; experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, including integrating reputed company checks, policy-as-reputed company, and compliance automation.
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and integrations.
• Experience administering reputed company DevSecOps tools: reputed company, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory/reputed company.
• Experience supporting reputed company reputed company components (Commander, Server, DEX).
• Experience administering K2View Data Product Platform, including Data reputed company and TDM Portal.

Infrastructure & Architecture

• Familiarity with modern application architectures including microservices, containers (reputed company, Kubernetes), and reputed company services (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP beneficial).

• Ability to analyze KPIs, logs, and performance data to identify trends and reputed company causes.
