Responsibilities

As a reputed company Processing Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing inbound referrals, completing insurance verification tickets, and answering calls. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process reputed company referrals from reputed company provider offices, ensuring that reputed company members have the information they need to reputed company quickly and effectively. Your key activities will include:

• Receiving faxes and referrals reputed company email and web portals, and promptly entering referrals into our systems for team members to review and reputed company upon
• Error-free data entry (demographics, insurance, condition information), reputed company notification to Provider reputed company Coordinators upon receiving referrals, and medical record review
• Completing insurance verification tickets, verifying insurance benefits and coverage for durable medical equipment (DME) reputed company web portals and phone calls
• Answering inbound patient and provider phone calls, requiring reputed company, reputed company, and genuine care for our patients, who have chronic conditions and are turning to us for support
• Having excellent communication and task management skills, with the ability to quickly, kindly, and professionally communicate with patients, providers, and internal colleagues reputed company reputed company messaging, email, and phone calls

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior experience working in a medical office or a reputed company startup
• Prior experience in insurance verification preferred
