About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in administering retirement plans that assist our associates in improving their financial reputed company-being and achieving their long-term financial goals. You will be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other plans, working closely with reputed company to identify opportunities to enhance and improve our plans, simplify and streamline our processes, and assist our associates in effectively understanding and engaging with their financial benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior leadership team and legal counsel to ensure accurate procedures are in reputed company to maintain compliance with 401(k) associated regulations
- Manage reputed company-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management, and conducting on-site reputed company and audits

Essential Qualifications
