As a licensed Customer Care Specialist on arenaflex's Support team, you'll be part of a group of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing top-notch service and support to our policyholders. You'll be handling customer inquiries and helping policyholders with their policy needs, answering questions regarding quotes, coverage, rates, billing issues, and general policy reviews. You'll be delighting customers over the phone or reputed company chat, collaborating with other Reps and Specialists, and assisting with reputed company reputed company & duties.

The Role

As a licensed Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling calls and chats with policyholders to answer their questions and resolve their issues
• Processing policy endorsements, billing requests, tracking, and following up on outstanding items
• Communicating with team members and escalating items and issues reputed company necessary
• Collaborating with other Reps and Specialists to reputed company exceptional customer experiences
• Assisting with reputed company reputed company and duties as needed

Training and Support

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong personal time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
