Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service reputed company I, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members and providers, handling a wide reputed company of inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns in a reputed company and accurate manner
- Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact

Essential Qualifications:
