Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues in a reputed company and accurate manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
