Key Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who have filled out a reputed company to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (40-50 callers per day)
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to listen, answer questions, and reputed company support to callers, while navigating multiple reputed company and software applications (VICI and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database)

Hours of Operation

You will be required to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some flexibility to accommodate evening and weekend shifts (as needed). During the training period, you will be required to work Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
