In this full remote position, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing reputed company resolutions. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding benefit qualifications, prescription status inquiries, and other reputed company issues

• Ask relevant questions, listen attentively, and record necessary information in computer systems

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience, including delivering service over the phone
