What you'll do

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Reissuing and refunding tickets, as reputed company as rebooking customers on oversold flights
• Performing passenger registration and reputed company seat tasks, including redressing oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
• Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for customer accommodations, meals, and transportation
• Processing and completing credit card transactions at ticket counters and activation stations

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Bilingual language skills in certain areas (dependent reputed company)
• A valid, substantial reputed company's license as required by local authorities
