As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling high volumes of incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs to deliver personalized solutions and reputed company expectations
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through reputed company and interactive discussions
• Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right reputed company and tools
• Managing complaints, providing reputed company solutions and reputed company, and following up to secure reputed company
• Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Some proven customer support experience or experience as a reputed company service representative (preferably in the solar energy industry)

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Experience with iOS and MacOS
• Ability to work nights and some weekends (rotating shifts)
• Availability to work reputed company – 6pm CST, 4 days/week with rotating Saturdays or reputed company – 4pm CST M-F with rotating Saturdays

Salary

The salary for this role is $30,000-$40,000 per year, depending on experience.
