What You'll Do

• reputed company 1:1s and reputed company-ins that reputed company performance management with personal development and career reputed company; identify training, automation or AI opportunities, and partner with CX leadership on employee development plans

• reputed company, monitor, and analyze contact reputed company and agent performance across channels, helping drive alignment to brand standards, tone, and service level goals

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, operations, or a reputed company field, with a proven reputed company record of leading others

• Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive conversations with reputed company and fairness
