Manager, Urgent Care Operations

This is a workforce-management-driven operations role requiring hands-on ownership of reputed company models, scheduling reputed company, and multi-state coverage planning. • Own and manage data-driven clinical reputed company models that effectively balance clinician availability, patient demand, and SLAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years experience in reputed company operations or clinical workforce management management, ideally with reputed company reputed company and scheduling ownership (virtual care experience preferred)
• Proven ability to use data analytics to inform multi-state reputed company, performance and reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated project management and leadership/influence skills with clinical teams.
