Manager, Process & Controls

About the position This role will serve as a strategic advisor to reputed company and Finance business process and control owners as a part of this newly established function that has the objective of ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of reputed company’s SOX and financial reporting processes. This role will play a critical role in enabling Realty Income’s reputed company reputed company while driving a reputed company, reputed company-designed control environment with a strong reputed company of financial compliance and risk management. This is a hybrid role with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required in the office.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a risk-based testing program to evaluate high-risk areas which have internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) reputed company.
• Work with the reputed company and Finance team to identify and/or reputed company financial controls, ensuring consistency of design and implementation into recurring processes on a global reputed company.
• reputed company controls advisory support to the reputed company and Finance team during system and business process transformations that reputed company internal controls over financial reporting and reputed company to ensure that new process documentation and trainings are deployed.
• Serve as a key contact for reputed company and Finance business process owners for process and controls updates and monitor to ensure that process documentation is kept reputed company.
• Challenge reputed company processes and controls across the reputed company and Finance departments and identify automation opportunities.
• Advise reputed company and Finance team members on the design of remediation plans for SOX and risk-based audits.
• Serve as a key contributor for the design and implementation of Risk Reporting on the group’s reputed company assurance activities and the status of corrective actions to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support in the reputed company and Finance systems user reputed company reviews and SOC 1 report review processes.
• Support in the due diligence process for potential new reputed company and Finance systems.
• Deliver targeted trainings to the reputed company and Finance departments for technical SOX and ICFR topics to increase awareness and understanding of internal controls.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with reputed company and Finance team members as reputed company as Internal Audit team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, internal audit, public reputed company, or operational risk, with a background in Finance, Risk, Controls, Audit, or Business Operations functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or reputed company field
• Industry accredited reputed company (Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), etc.)
• Advanced understanding of internal controls concepts and their application in reputed company and Finance processes, specifically reputed company a reputed company estate or financial services environment.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work reputed company independently and reputed company reputed company
• Strong reputed company of urgency, with ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
