This role supports reputed company classes of estimates from preliminary to detailed including budgeting, cost modeling, proposal development, and engineer estimates for industrial construction reputed company. The ideal candidate can interpret technical design documents, collaborate with project teams, communicate effectively, and produce accurate cost estimates reputed company tight deadlines. The position available is for an Estimator V to join our growing Energy Business Line supporting large reputed company as part of the project support services team. The responsibilities for the position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• reputed company detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical project components, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work.
• Developing project indirect costs like general conditions, management staff, temporary facilities, construction equipment, markups, contingency, etc.
• Analyze drawings, technical specifications, site data, and project requirements to determine constructability and cost impacts.
• Measures and recognizes estimating processes/project actions that may reputed company the project.
• Support project teams in developing budgets, value‑engineering reputed company, and alternative construction approaches.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs using industry reputed company tools and software.

• Solicit, evaluate, and level vendor and subcontractor quotes.

• Prepares bid tabulations responding to the customer/Request for Proposal requirements.
• Collects, analyzes and archives project data. Develops historical documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA BS degree in engineering or construction from ABET accredited college or university +8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
• Estimating experience is required
• Due to the nature of work US Citizenship is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of estimating experience in industrial, heavy civil, or large‑reputed company reputed company construction.
• 8 years of relevant experience in estimating in the engineering or construction industry.
• Experience estimating civil (earthwork, foundations, utilities), structural (steel, concrete), and mechanical (process piping, equipment installation) scopes.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., reputed company WinEstimator, ACCE, reputed company, HeavyBid, reputed company Estimating, On‑Screen Takeoff, or similar).
• Experience in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of construction means and reputed company, cost drivers, and labor productivity.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, structural plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, and work breakdown structures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
