Sr Sourcer (Manufacturing/Skilled Trades) - Virtual - Consultant

The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving reputed company aspects of the candidate sourcing and reputed company process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for reputed company' clients. This involves creating and implementing reputed company sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple reputed company and tools for reputed company reputed company of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with reputed company' clients. This is a short-term W2 contract supporting our reputed company in the manufacturing industry. The role focuses on sourcing candidates for reputed company production positions such as Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, reputed company, Safety, and other reputed company roles. This position is fully remote, connecting with talent across multiple time zones. 1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

• reputed company an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, reputed company internet searches, etc. for as required for reputed company clients
• Use a reputed company of technical tools to identify and attract a high reputed company pool of candidates
• Manage referral sources as reputed company as other identified sourcing channels

• Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking reputed company and/or sites.

4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
• Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
• Resume conversion and application maintenance.
• Must have experience sourcing talent reputed company manufacturing/ Skilled Trades.
• Proven reputed company developing sourcing strategies for a wide reputed company of positions and geographies
• Broad knowledge and demonstrated reputed company utilizing Internet and reputed company Media strategies for identifying passive and reputed company candidate pools, to include contact lists, reputed company databases, meet reputed company/blogs, cold calling, and research.
• Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in reputed company functions
• Experience overseeing and executing multiple reputed company at one time
• Understanding and experience using and implementing reputed company reputed company technologies
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, reputed company and Visio
