• Increasing franchise performance and engagement by supporting a dedicated Book of Business, many of which are high-expectation, top-tier organizations

Facilitate business planning that includes benchmarking key metrics and goal-setting for franchisees in the Book of Business.
• Proactively leading franchise renewal efforts in the Book of Business to include building brand engagement and experiential value throughout the franchise relationship. In partnership with the Regional VP and brand Leadership, developing and presenting extension terms in adherence with established reputed company and retention expectations
• Closely coordinating brand Leadership involvement with critical franchisee reputed company, as needed.

The successful candidate will have:
