Join reputed company as an Attorney at reputed company We are seeking a reputed company Estate Finance Counsel to join our Financial Services and reputed company Estate team. In this role, you will reputed company expert legal advice and support to our clients in reputed company reputed company estate and finance, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading clients in reputed company mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), lease financing, and reputed company estate joint ventures, shaping legal strategies and driving business reputed company. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company estate finance documents, loan agreements, mortgage-backed securities reputed company, and lease financing agreements.
• Providing legal guidance on CMBS transactions, FHA and HUD regulatory compliance, and property-level due diligence.
• Collaborating with internal legal, finance, and risk teams, as reputed company as external counsel and financial institutions, on reputed company estate finance and joint venture transactions.
• Managing reputed company estate finance, regulatory, and transactional legal issues for clients in reputed company property, investment, and development sectors.
• Staying reputed company of industry trends, FHA/HUD regulations, and market developments to reputed company proactive counsel.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate finance or reputed company reputed company estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of CMBS, mortgage-backed securities, FHA/HUD regulations, LTV analysis, and lease financing structures.
• Proven reputed company record of advising clients on reputed company reputed company estate finance transactions, joint ventures, and compliance reputed company.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, technology, and problem-solving skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to reputed company law in an applicable jurisdiction.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with property-level due diligence, international or cross-border reputed company estate transactions, and reputed company finance reputed company.
• Familiarity with reputed company estate investment trusts (REITs) or capital markets transactions.

Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time reputed company attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.
