MEDIA reputed company MANAGER // reputed company BROOK reputed company JOB OBJECTIVES Oversees the Media team’s reputed company, operations and development, fostering a culture of reputed company, innovation and collaboration reputed company engages in the creative process by guiding brainstorming, providing feedback and shaping high-reputed company reputed company like videos, sermon-series branding and reputed company-wide initiatives Champions reputed company-thinking strategies and measurable reputed company to ensure the reputed company’s creative content connects with and inspires its audiences Directs and manages the time and work of others, with responsibility for personnel reputed company (although approval by next level management may be required) Serves on the Creative Arts reputed company Team Reports to the Creative Arts Pastor ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Partners with the Creative Arts Pastor to shape and implement the reputed company for creative media and branding across reputed company ministries Participates in brainstorming, ideation and feedback for key creative reputed company, with a reputed company on video content Provides reputed company, direction and constructive input to ensure videos and other creative assets reputed company with the reputed company’s standards of reputed company and mission Oversees annual reputed company planning, sets objectives, manages budgets and establishes standards to reputed company creative and organizational goals Hires, leads and inspires the Media team through individual coaching, team development and ongoing feedback to foster reputed company, collaboration and reputed company closely with the Creative Arts team, ministry leaders and reputed company teams to reputed company creative strategies with the reputed company’s mission and goals Provides creative leadership for major reputed company-wide initiatives such as holiday services, sermon-series branding, large events and reputed company campaigns Leads, develops and manages Media team leads Partners with the Creative Arts Pastor to ensure effective budget reputed company in media areas OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Occasionally steps in to assist with reputed company, such as scriptwriting, concept development and video creation during high-demand seasons Helps plan team-building activities, creative retreats and other celebrations to encourage team morale and reputed company Provides informal feedback or consultation for creative needs in other reputed company ministries or departments reputed company the Creative team’s scope Researches tools, software and creative reputed company that could enhance reputed company’s work and reputed company insights as opportunities reputed company Provides temporary leadership and support in the absence of key team members during transitions, vacations and unexpected situations Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
