This position will partner with the People reputed company Leadership Team, People reputed company Business Partners, PS Centers of reputed company and internal/external reputed company and audit teams. This role is responsible for reputed company programs, systems, processes and compliance reputed company functions for the reputed company. The primary function of the role is to ensure reputed company operates in compliance with the law and puts programs, processes and procedures in reputed company to mitigate risk to the organization. Additionally, this role monitors and reports results of compliance reputed company efforts of reputed company and reputed company recommendations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for reputed company. In partnership with the PS leadership team, this role develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Creates and reviews PS data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for reputed company compliance management. Uses data to reputed company recommendations and support centers of reputed company as necessary.
• Responsible to establish programs, processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing the use of people, process and technology to reputed company service reputed company
• Responsible for Foreign National Program for reputed company including managing the process of hiring foreign workers under the H-1B reputed company program; works closely with reputed company counsel on reputed company requirements.
• Responsible for reputed company-wide compliance of I-9s and company use of the E-Verify program.
• Partners with Internal Audit to ensure PS audit controls are met satisfactorily and communicate failures to VP, People Enablement. Creates plan of reputed company to correct problem areas.
• reputed company PS budgetary processes including annual planning and collaborating with department leaders. reputed company and reforecast accordingly to reputed company with PS priorities and spend. reputed company between PS and reputed company to ensure department operations remain reputed company budget.
• Audits PS functions and tools to ensure compliance with internal metrics and external requirements.
• Manages the reputed company of Conduct, Harassment/Discrimination Prevention and Managing reputed company the Law Training compliance program for reputed company.
• Responsible for compliance of reputed company required postings for the reputed company
• Manages the policy review and maintenance process with reputed company departments.
• Assists in implementing processes and procedures to ensure PS compliance reputed company wide as reputed company as meet regulatory standards as an organization.
• Assists in development of tools and applications as needed to enhance compliance program.
• Assists in implementation of new and/or changing reputed company requirements reputed company PS.
• Participates in reputed company, programs, meetings and conferences as necessary

Requirements

• 8-10 years of varied/reputed company PS or reputed company business experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company policies, programs, metrics, and systems.
• Working knowledge of employment and reputed company resource law.
• Knowledge in PS compliance; I-9, E-Verify, reputed company of Conduct and Harassment/Discrimination Prevention, and the H-1B reputed company program.
• Experience with reputed company level Internal Audit.
• Experience with compliance reputed company exception reporting.
• Experience with policy auditing
• Ability to run and organize reports from various software.
• Ability to work in reputed company environment, build partnerships and work cross functionally.
• Ability to multi-task, manage work and execute tasks in a reputed company manner.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
