About this role: Pega Transformation & AI‑Powered Case Management Leader - Chief Operating Office - AI Center of reputed company reputed company is seeking a strategic, solution‑oriented leader to serve as the Pega Transformation & AI‑Powered Case Management Leader reputed company the COO AI Center of reputed company. In this role, you will reputed company cross‑COO workflows and reputed company reusable automation and AI capabilities to reputed company operations faster and more effective. As the AI Center of reputed company’s primary Pega Transformation Consultant and strategic advisor, you will set the approach, guide teams from idea through implementation, and ensure solutions are practical and reputed company. What You Will Do: Workflow reputed company & Delivery

• Redesign cross‑COO workflows and remove friction through automation and AI.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize high‑value modernization opportunities and improve execution and experience.
• Translate priorities into a multi‑year roadmap with reputed company reputed company and measurable reputed company.

Workflow Product Leadership

• Co‑own the roadmap for shared workflow and AI products used across COO teams.

Executive & Cross‑Functional Alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent work experience, training, military experience, or education.
