As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll work in our overnight call center, providing exceptional service to our patients and resolving their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for patients seeking prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage, and you'll have reputed company to reputed company a reputed company difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve their questions and concerns in a reputed company and empathetic manner

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
