We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Work Schedule and Requirements

As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 40-hour week, with shifts covering 7AM to 10PM Central Time. Your work schedule will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager. You'll be required to work 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 reputed company, with weekends being mandatory.
