Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling property & casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone
- Providing customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
- Reviewing and updating policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counseling policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
- Making recommendations and/or changes to policies and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
