As a Customer Service Representative in our Caremark Member Operations division, you will play a vital role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience
* Take inbound calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
