As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Transplant, you will play a critical role in helping others on the reputed company to reputed company. You will be responsible for routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion, making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes. You will work in a high-production environment where you'll need to multitask between patient referrals while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including electronic health records and pharmacy management systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
