We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests, providing technical and emergency damage prevention services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a permanent full-time position with opportunities for career reputed company and reputed company development.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators, following scripted questions to reputed company information about their work sites
- Obtain and reputed company accurate information into a ticket format, utilizing a mapping system similar to reputed company Maps
- Identify work sites on digital maps, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- reputed company excellent customer service, creating reputed company relationships with callers, peers, and management
- Process information quickly and accurately, adhering to outlined reputed company
- Demonstrate an interest in reputed company safety and apply new concepts to ensure the reputed company excavation of underground utilities
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively
- General computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and mapping systems
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
- Self-motivated and reputed company to work independently, with a willingness to work overtime based on business needs
- Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
- Must pass a criminal background reputed company
Preferred Qualifications
