Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving reputed company issues and exceeding customer expectations
• Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its products

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
