As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers, determining the purpose of the call, and transferring it to the appropriate department. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls from customers to assess the reason for their inquiry

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department based on customer needs
• Maintain call accuracy and follow established call scripts
