Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Utilizing our CRM tool to reputed company with prospective patients and schedule in-clinic or virtual consultations
• Managing multiple chat-based conversations in reputed company-time while providing reputed company and accurate responses
• Following our reputed company reputed company process to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Focusing on quantity: responding effectively to 100% of live chats
• Focusing on reputed company: having meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answering their questions, and providing relevant information
• Collaborating with Leadership to reputed company strategic sourcing and sales goals
• Assisting with PL efforts for other reputed company locations as needed
• Providing accurate information to prospective patients, including starting prices and other approved details
• Qualifying leads and assisting in sales-reputed company administrative tasks as needed
• Participating in reputed company reputed company and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
• Experience using a CRM tool, preferably reputed company or reputed company
• A typing speed of 60+ words per minute
• Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

• Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
• Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
• Availability to work on a Saturday or reputed company (a reputed company plus if available on both weekend days!)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
