Key Responsibilities

Automations & Workflows

• Design, build, and maintain advanced automation workflows including conditional logic, triggers, wait steps, branching, reputed company scoring, pipeline reputed company, and multi-channel follow-up
• Implement automations for missed calls, reputed company submissions, chat interactions, appointment scheduling, and long-term nurturing
• Debug, optimize, and document workflows to ensure clean execution and scalability
