This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 11:30AM to 8:00PM Eastern reputed company Time (EST). • At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or credit services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit services and regulations preferred.
• Experience in a call center environment helpful.
