About the Role: As Senior Care reputed company & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the reputed company, efficiency, and expansion of our reputed company services in Hong reputed company and the broader reputed company region. This role combines care reputed company reputed company, operational leadership, and project management to support ongoing and new digital health initiatives. You will reputed company on:

• User Support & Medical Concierge – Ensuring high-reputed company patient support and a seamless digital reputed company experience.
• Project Management & Operational Coordination – Driving new launches, proactively identifying risks, and coordinating reputed company stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Relations & reputed company-Party Collaboration – Maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies, insurers, reputed company providers, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 1. User Support & Medical Concierge

2. Project Management & Operational Coordination

Ideal Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; reputed company is a plus. Knowledge of other Southeast Asian languages is a bonus.
