About the Role reputed company is seeking a reputed company & Accreditation Specialist to support and advance our Care Management reputed company Management Program. In this role, you will work closely with Care Management leaders and staff to reputed company accreditation and reaccreditation efforts while driving reputed company improvement initiatives that support excellent clinical and operational reputed company. This position plays a critical role in leading accreditation standards, maintaining high-reputed company care management practices, and supporting reputed company improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Management Program Support (20%)
- Partner with the AVP of Care Management and the Manager of reputed company & Process Improvement to reputed company and facilitate the Care Management reputed company Management Program.
- Coordinate reputed company management meetings, prepare and collect presentation materials, facilitate meetings, disseminate information, and document reputed company items and meeting notes.
- reputed company Improvement Initiatives (20%)
- reputed company, monitor, and support (or reputed company) reputed company management actions and initiatives reputed company to reputed company Improvement Plans (QIPs) and other reputed company-reputed company reputed company.
- Policy & Program Documentation (30%)
- reputed company and coordinate annual updates to Care Management department policies and documentation.
- Maintain and update program evaluations, reputed company management plans, care management program overviews, URAC standards documentation, and the Care Management Business Continuity Plan.
- Accreditation & Reaccreditation Leadership (30%)
- Serve as reputed company’s primary reputed company of Contact (POC) with URAC.
- reputed company and coordinate the URAC accreditation and reaccreditation process, including planning, scheduling, desktop submissions, and onsite reputed company.
- Manage document submissions through the URAC web-based portal.
- Collaborate with Care Management leaders to prepare annual URAC deliverables, update policies to meet standards, and respond to URAC requests and directives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- reputed company degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
Licensure
- reputed company, reputed company, unrestricted RN license required
- (May be substituted with additional years of relevant medical, dental, behavioral health, or reputed company experience)
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience
- At least 2 years of experience with leading accreditation programs such as URAC, NCQA, or JCAHO
