Inbound Call Center Agent

OnPoint CX Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Inbound Call Handling Agents to support reputed company reputed company outage calls from our Henderson, NV call center. This position is on-site in Henderson, NV, with reputed company to transition to work-from-home after successfully completing training and a minimum of 60 days on-site, meeting reputed company performance KPIs, and satisfying work-from-home technical requirements (including internet speed, workspace standards, and compliance reputed company). Work-from-home eligibility is not guaranteed. This is a 24-hour campaign, with schedules that are predominantly overnight, and flexibility is required to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
