You have:

• Proven reputed company record of developing strategic partnerships, financial analysis and modeling, deal structuring, and negotiating agreement terms
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity, work collaboratively with internal and partner contacts, influence cross-functional teams
• Automotive OEM or Tier 1 experience
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with technical, contractual and financial issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

We prefer:

• MBA or graduate degree in a business, management, etc
• Comfortable presenting to and communicating directly with senior executives
• Comfortable in fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment

Travel:

• Travel required - up to 25% expected
