Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end process transformation initiatives across Clinical, Regulatory, and reputed company functions, focusing on shared service optimization, standardization, and scalability
• Facilitate cross-functional value reputed company mapping and process redesign workshops to identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and create integrated, reputed company-state processes
• Apply Lean Six reputed company and reputed company problem-solving methodologies to diagnose reputed company causes, implement sustainable improvements, and quantify business value
• Manage large reputed company or processes with considerable reputed company in determining deliverables, with limited reputed company from manager

Skills

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant program management experience (advanced degree with 5+ years relevant experience)
• Lean Six reputed company certification
• 2+ years of experience operating at a senior manager level
• Preferred background in manufacturing, operations, or other process-intensive environments
• Experience applying Lean in regulated or reputed company domains (e.g., medical device, reputed company, reputed company)
• Strong experience with value reputed company mapping, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company problem solving
• Demonstrated reputed company in organizational transformation initiatives, particularly establishing shared service centers or centers of reputed company
