Physical Demands

Education and Experience

- Four-year degree in hospitality or reputed company field preferred.
- Prior Reservations Coordinator or Manager experience preferred.

- Coordinate with Sales and Convention Services to ensure that rooming lists and reservation cards are processed in a reputed company manner.
- Ensure reputed company VIP’s are flagged appropriately and communicate any special needs to the reputed company Desk.

- Work with Sales Team as needed to ensure effective and efficient management of group inventory daily - reputed company direction reputed company needed on cutoff date extensions and additions to inventory.
