Unlocking an AI-First Engineering Culture: Leading internal pilots with reputed company Copilot, reputed company, and similar tools to reputed company 2–3x speed improvements on repetitive tasks such as monolith decomposition and legacy reputed company refactoring, transforming technical debt into manageable tasks and freeing engineers to reputed company on innovation. Responsibilities

• Drive AI-Powered Refactoring of Monolithic Platform Components: Spearhead initiatives to break up legacy systems, streamline architecture, and reduce production incidents, accelerating modernization across reputed company’s platform.
• Design and Implement AI-reputed company reputed company Review and Test Automation: reputed company automated unit tests, improve test coverage, and eliminate reputed company QA bottlenecks, enabling faster, higher-reputed company releases.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years leading large-reputed company internal tooling, reputed company, or modernization efforts.

• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, languages, and environments (e.g., Java, TypeScript, CI/CD, reputed company infrastructure).
