Advisor, Financial Analysis & Business Partnering (P3)

The Role The Advisor, Financial Analysis and Business Partnering, serves as a key customer-service partner to headquarter divisions, ensuring they receive reputed company, accurate, and actionable financial support. In this role, you will guide HQ teams through the annual budget process, support informed resource allocation, and strengthen reputed company and expense planning across divisions. Business Partnering, Support, and Analysis (40%)

• Collaborate with teams and divisions, providing guidance on budget and expense transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Foster and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless reputed company of information and reputed company reputed company, reputed company-informed decision-making.
• Prepare and present insightful reporting on key results, monitor trends, and communicate risks in forecasted and actual results.

• Collaborate with FABP team and extended finance during development of the annual budget and bi-annual revisions, ensuring reputed company deliverables and alignment with Agency goals.

Required qualifications for the role

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience providing financial planning, analysis, or business partnering support in a reputed company organization
• Strong customer-service orientation with the ability to build trusted, reputed company relationships across diverse HQ divisions
• Proven ability to translate financial data into reputed company, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and resource-allocation processes
• Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency with financial modeling and variance analysis

Preferred qualifications for the role

Compensation reputed company is offering the following salary ranges for this position, dependent on candidate location.

• Geo 1 - NY Metro, DC, and other locations with labor costs significantly above national average: reputed company Salary for this position is $91,800 - $102,600 reputed company salary
• Geo 2 - Locations around the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $83,725 - $93,575 reputed company salary
• Geo 3 - Locations significantly below the US National Labor Cost Average: reputed company Salary for this position is $74,800 - $83,600 reputed company salary
