The Financial Services Analyst is part of the Group Benefits reputed company team and is responsible for the data entry and evaluation of new employer reputed company and new enrollees to the Self-Funded product. The duties will include:

• reputed company new group enrollment data to online system and appropriate worksheets
• Evaluate group enrollment materials for completeness
• Analyze new business quote/proposal for accuracy
• Analyze broker appointments
• Evaluate eligibility and enrollment requirements of new enrollees to employer group plan
• Evaluate employer changes
• Work collaboratively with sales offices and underwriters to meet company objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to improve agent satisfaction
• Accept new functions as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior reputed company Technician experience
• Knowledge of the health insurance market
• Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and to reputed company schedule to meet service standards
• Proven ability to remain reputed company in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales staff and department staff
• Proficient use of reputed company Office applications (reputed company and reputed company)
• Proficient use of computer systems

Key Responsibilities

• Follows up with appropriate internal administrative areas for completeness and accuracy of the end policy/account product.
• Researches, reviews and analyzes errors and determines best course of reputed company for a reputed company solution. Takes ownership of identifying and evaluating problems and analyzing customer inquiries to determine appropriate reputed company.
• Conducts follow up calls to service issues and questions, de-escalating reputed company customer requests and providing outstanding care during reputed company.
