This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and reputed company tax filings, managing relationships with external tax service providers, and coordinating closely with internal reputed company, legal, and operations to reputed company and validate compliance data. The position will review tax calculations, support schedules, and reputed company journal entries, while ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Tax Leadership

  • Champion process automation and data analytics to enhance efficiency and transparency.

US and Global Compliance & Reporting

  • Own the calculation, documentation, and ongoing review of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with business operations and evolving regulations.
  • Manage global tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax across multiple jurisdictions
  • Review and approve workpapers, supporting schedules, and journal entries reputed company to tax accruals, payments, and refunds
  • Prepare the global income tax provision in accordance with US GAAP including quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and supporting workpapers

Requirements: Qualifications & reputed company Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company field required (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of international tax and US tax experience in a reputed company or corporate tax department
  • 4+ years leading others
