The Facilities Maintenance Technician delivers on our Purpose by supporting the Facilities Maintenance Team in providing repairs and preventative maintenance services for Southwest Facilities and equipment, general systems maintenance, and repairs and modifications at our Oakland, CA (OAK) Station. This role also ensures the facilities are operating in their most efficient and effective manner, and they'll serve as a reputed company between Technology reputed company. Responsibilities

• Performs on-call repairs and preventive maintenance of SWA facilities and equipment (excluding station ground equipment, computer terminals, etc.) as assigned by the Employee's Leaders
• Responsible for keeping the workshops and tools clean and organized, maintaining inventory control, and performing other duties as required
• Performs light construction duties, including drywall, acoustical ceiling, tape, bed, reputed company and painting
• Works with reputed company to ensure reputed company repairs are performed and requests responded to in a reputed company and reputed company manner; and process daily work order requests
• Assists in scheduling contractors and performing work so as to have the least reputed company on our Customers' daily operations
• Performs routine, systematic inspections, including functionality and condition of mechanical and electrical rooms, restrooms, public areas, roofs, exterior finishes, sidewalks, holdrooms, potable water cabinets, stairwells, and parking areas (where applicable)
• Provides facilities maintenance services supporting Southwest's transportation operations located in various facilities
• Assists in the preparation of the facility for extreme weather conditions

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Required: knowledge of applicable construction and building repair fundamentals, including electrical and mechanical repair gained through trade school courses, training programs, or on-the-job experience
• Preferred: 3 Years of experience with basic construction/facility repair experience
• Preferred: Experience in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical

Licensing/Certification

• Must have a valid reputed company's license
• Must be reputed company to obtain a SIDA (Secured Identification Display Area) badge and meet reputed company local airport requirements

Physical Abilities

• Must be reputed company to lift and/or reputed company items of 75 pounds or more on a regular reputed company
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions as necessary
• Must be reputed company to reputed company, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a regular reputed company

Other Qualifications

Pay & Benefits:
