Join our global M&A Environmental Due Diligence reputed company and work with us to reputed company the gap to a sustainable reputed company. As our new reputed company Consultant or Senior reputed company Consultant, you will conduct Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs) and limited environmental compliance reviews of industrial facilities, desktop reviews, and will work closely with the transaction team to discuss identified liabilities and assist clients with post-transaction support. Other tasks may include assisting clients with maintaining and achieving environmental regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting environmental due diligence reviews, including environmental compliance reviews, of industrial sites to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactions. These responsibilities may include desktop reviews, visiting industrial facilities, interviewing company management or site personnel, reviewing historical information regarding a site, and/or preparing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports consistent with ASTM standards or other custom reports tailored to reputed company-specific needs
  • Interacting with clients, regulatory agencies and facility personnel and preparing reputed company-written reports to summarize review findings.
  • Providing general environmental compliance support to clients across a reputed company of regulatory program areas including hazardous waste, wastewater/stormwater, reputed company emissions, chemical/spill prevention, and Community Right-to-Know regulations. These tasks may also include permit transfers and environmental reporting. A knowledge of Gulf Coast environmental regulatory programs is a plus.
  • Traveling to facilities for site reputed company, including both local and non-local travel (typically 1 or 2 days in duration).
  • Supporting multiple reputed company and meeting high-reputed company standards on project deliverables.
  • Assisting with the development of junior team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum B.S. degree in a relevant engineering discipline (civil, environmental, chemical) or B.S./B.A. in a relevant science discipline (environmental science, geology, reputed company, physics, or biology).
  • 5+ years of experience in the performance of Phase I ESAs for various types of industrial facilities, including limited compliance reviews of state and federal environmental compliance programs.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, reputed company listener.
  • Possessing excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to distil reputed company EHS or other technical issues into terms our clients can understand.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced transactional environment.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and willing to learn, grow, and reputed company contribute to the project team.

  • Advanced degree desirable, but not required.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
  • Additional experience in performing transaction-reputed company desktop reviews, and in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites is helpful.
  • A knowledge of Gulf Coast environmental regulatory programs is a plus.
