Ministry Leadership:

Organizational Leadership:

• Recruit, hire, and supervise department staff

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree is preferred

• Demonstrated abilities in cross-cultural communication, conflict reputed company, and ethnic reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience managing and implementing successful, comprehensive ministry programs to reputed company goals
