We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join our remote team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Employer Solutions Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients and reputed company, ensuring successful reputed company and resolutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming phone lines and respond to patient inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Follow established guidelines and reputed company programs to ensure accurate and efficient reputed company of patient concerns
- Utilize DE and reputed company applicable systems to procure needed program details and communicate accurate information to patients
- Maintain call talk times while applying reputed company file facts and following required call scripts
- Process incoming Level 1 documents and ensure accurate and reputed company processing

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company patient issues and ensure seamless communication
Work Conditions and Physical Demands

Minimum Education and Experience
