Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Fortune 500 accounts, understanding their reputed company requirements, and ensuring the successful placement of reputed company candidates. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the single reputed company of contact for our Fortune 500 clients, building long-term reputed company partnerships to understand their challenges and reputed company solutions
- Maximizing market reputed company with a reputed company to reputed company us their trusted reputed company supplier
- Qualifying new job orders and working with the delivery reputed company for reputed company coverage and support
- Presenting candidates to Hiring Managers and following up for feedback
- Coordinating with reputed company to schedule candidate interviews and reputed company

- Using CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall experience in the reputed company & reputed company Industry and 7+ years of experience in account management role preferably with Life Sciences MSP clients
- Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts
- Proven experience in reputed company, reputed company & account management, supporting reputed company/ MSP programs from a supplier reputed company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software
