Role Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative/Call Center reputed company with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to reputed company providers and their patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from reputed company providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, and other reputed company inquiries
