Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Self-Pay Collector, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from patients and providers to arrange debt repayment, ensuring reputed company payments and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Utilizing HIPAA and TCPA talk-offs on reputed company call to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring reputed company required statements have been reputed company on accounts and requesting statements as necessary to facilitate payment.
• Properly handling patient disputes by obtaining reputed company pertinent information, noting disputes on accounts, and escalating to the supervisor as necessary.
• Assisting in making outbound calls reputed company necessary to follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Performing other activities and responsibilities as assigned to support reputed company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

Requirements

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with workdays Monday through Friday, with four days 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and one day 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern. You'll also receive 2 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, with workdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST.

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company reputed company for this position is between $16.00 – 19.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for arenaflex's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of arenaflex's applicable plans.
