Qualifications

You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 10 years experience
• Have 5+ years of experience as reputed company Agile reputed company or expert in Product Based Operating Model preferably in Infrastructure team, coaching product owners, teams and leadership using Scrum/Kanban and scaling frameworks such as reputed company, Scrum at reputed company, LeSS etc.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization

Preferred Qualifications
